The great thing about Costa Rica, is that there are so many different types of environments to choose from. From the cool mountains to the tropical beaches, Costa Rica has it all. And what's more some of these spots are still very reasonable. So it just depends on what you are looking for. What Costa Rican Paradises has that many companies don't is fair prices. We really try to find land which is a good price yet doesn't take advantage of the Ticos. That is what we don't want. Too many companies are buying up this small country to make golf courses and hotels, leaving the Ticos without much land of their own and polluting the environment. Because we realize the demand for smaller areas of real estate, we can locate beautiful spots which are less money yet offer a fair price to the locals.
